Where are your stores based?
We have two stores, both located within the Melbourne CBD. The District, Docklands and Spencer Street Outlet Centre (DFO), Docklands. Store Locations

Is the AFL gear & apparel 100% authentic?
Yes! We are an Official AFL Stockist. We cater from a range of brands such as Nike, New Balance, Puma, ASICS, Burley Sekem and many more.

Are you Sports Direct?
No, We are called Sporting House Direct. Sports Direct is a UK based sports shop, all their physical stores are based in the UK

What days are you open?
We are open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM AEST. Excluding some public Holidays. Hours are subject to change.

How long does it take to ship my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 business days for us to ship out your order. Orders within Australia usually deliver between 2 to 5 business days, on occasion orders may be delayed up to 1 week+. If we have issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please be paitent as we are small team of 10 people and will try to send out your order soon as we possibly can.

What days do you ship orders?
We ship orders out
between Monday to Friday. Any orders made on Fridays after 3PM will be shipped on Monday, this includes any express postage.

How come my order hasn't been shipped out yet?
If we have not shipped out your order around 5 business days. We will contact you as soon as possible about your order if there are issues or the item is out of stock. 
Part of your order may require us to pick from multiple stores and our warehouse. On rare occasions we will ship two separate packages.

My order contains a Preorder/ Presale item
Orders with Preorder/ Presale items will ship as soon as our suppliers have shipped it to us. Unfrotunately we cannot gaurentee the Preorder/ presale item being shipped exactly on the date on arrival to our store. Our Suppliers only give us an approximate arrival date and which can be delayed. If you require the rest of your order, please let us know ASAP.

Can I get my other items shipped while I wait for the Preorder/ presale item to arrive?
Yes you can, please let us know as soon as possible so we can sort this out for you.  

Do you have Express shipping?
Yes! Our Express shipping is a flat $15, same date shipping if placed before 12:00 PM AEST. For orders over $100, Express is only $5.

I picked Express shipping but my order hasn't been shipped
We prioritize Express orders, under certain circumstances if we are unable to fulfill your order the same day, we will contact you about your order as soon as we are able.  

My order hasn’t arrived yet
Most orders arrive between 2 to 5 working business days. Due to impacts on COVID-19, delays can happen and orders may arrive later than usual. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please email sales@sportinghousedirect.com for further information on international orders.

For New Zealand customers, shipping is a flat rate of $15 + $5 per additional item

Do you have Click & Collect?
Yes, Click and Collect is available from both our Docklands and Spencer Street store. Please allow us some time to pick your order. We will contact either via your nominated email or phone.
What to bring for collection: Order Number and a valid Photo ID. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
For click & collect orders over $100+, we will request proof of purchase via you bank statement as we will process a random number refund to your account. Please make sure you state the number we have refunded you.

 

I need to return my order

We understand it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right items online and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchasing experience. 

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products are faulty, incorrectly described, different from pictured. We allow you to return any item for an exchange or store credit, within 30 days of receiving your original order. More information on Returns

I would like to exchange my item
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or another item for the same price. Please send us an E-mail at sales@sportinghousedirect.com or ring (03) 9600 2520 (10:30am - 5:30am)  to comfirm size & stock availability. For exchanges in person, pop by either to our “The District, Docklands” or “Spencer Street Outlet Centre, Docklands”.
