Return & Exchange Policy

At Sporting House Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following policy.

Return Options:

  1. In-Store Exchange

    • You can visit our Click & Collect store in Docklands VIC for an exchange.
    • The store is open every day from 10 AM to 6 PM.

  2. Return by Post

    • For an exchange, send the item along with a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel to:

    • For store credit, a pre-paid satchel is not required.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with the swing tag still attached.
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition for resale.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be provided if the product is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
